I started at around 4 years old and was hooked... chasing the dream, accomplishing many amateur championships, AMA titles etc. After a brief hiatus... I took it upon myself to continue chasing my dreams. I was always a 'self made' individual... never worked with any trainers... just me running the privateer show. I earned my pro license, got major sponsors, traveled the country racing with the best guys... on national television... featured in several magazines... even in the MX VS ATV LEGENDS video game—that was a dream come true lol. I moved to Florida... came across Cory Noonan and 77 Fitness on Facebook... wanted to focus on my physical training. Cory is a great guy, who truly cares... not just a number. He makes tailored programs... always willing to adjust for injuries or other issues. His kindness, infinite wisdom in training and nutrition, have taken me to new heights. He’s not only my trainer, but a forever friend to my family and I.

My fitness journey has been shaped by years of dedication to the game of baseball. As I was getting ready to transition to college ball, I realized my training had to step up to keep up with the faster pace and higher level of competition. That’s where Cory came in. Cory helped shift my approach on fitness, focusing on things like mobility, core strength, and injury prevention-stuff that’s crucial for staying healthy and performing well as a pitcher. His tailored workouts also helped me become stronger, while also staying injury free. As I continue my journey as a pitcher, I’m thankful for everything Cory taught me, not only about fitness, but about the mindset needed to keep improving and handle pressure. With the right training and support, I’ve been able to take my pitching and overall fitness to the next level.
