Return & Refund Policy for 77Fitness.com

At 77Fitness.com, we strive to provide high-quality fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle subscription services. Because our offerings consist of digital, personalized plans and ongoing support, we do not accept traditional “returns” as you might on a physical product. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, and credits.


1. Scope of This Policy

  • Applies to all digital products and subscription services purchased through 77Fitness.com, including but not limited to:

    • Fitness subscription plans (e.g., Prenatal/Postnatal, Senior, Couples, etc.)

    • Nutrition plans

    • Trainer or nutritionist consultation packages

  • Does not apply to any physical goods (there are none), third-party services, or one-time coaching sessions purchased outside of 77Fitness.com’s standard subscription checkout.


2. Digital Services: No Returns

Because each plan is delivered digitally and tailored specifically to you, all sales are considered final once payment is processed. Once you gain access to your personalized workout routines, meal plans, shopping lists, and one-on-one trainer support, the content cannot be “returned” or “un-accessed.” Accordingly:

  • Paid-in-Full Plans (6- and 12-Month Subscriptions): No refunds or prorated credits are available after purchase.

  • Month-to-Month Plans with Six-Month Commitment: After the first payment is processed, no refunds or prorated credits will be issued for that month, even if you choose to cancel before the end of the billing cycle.


3. Cancellation vs. Refund

3.1 Cancellation

If you are on a month-to-month plan (with a six-month commitment), you may cancel future automated payments after completing your initial six payments. To cancel:

  1. Log in to your account dashboard at 77Fitness.com.

  2. Navigate to “My Subscriptions”.

  3. Click “Cancel Subscription” next to the plan you wish to end.

  4. You will retain access to your plan through the last day of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

Note: Cancelling stops future billing only. It does not trigger any refund or credit for the current month or prior months.

3.2 Refund Exceptions (At Our Discretion)

Although our standard policy is no refunds, we will consider exceptional requests on a case-by-case basis for circumstances such as:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the service (e.g., payment was processed but the plan was never delivered).

  • Verified billing errors (e.g., you were charged twice for the same plan during the same month).

To request an exception, submit a support ticket to info@77fitness.com within 14 days of your purchase. Provide:

  • Your full name and email address used for purchase

  • Date and amount of the transaction

  • Detailed description of the issue (e.g., “I never received my customized meal plan,” “I was double-charged on May 10, 2025.”)

Our team will investigate and respond within 7–10 business days. If we determine that a genuine error occurred, we may issue a one-time refund or account credit at our sole discretion.


4. Trial Periods & Promotions

Any promotional or trial offers (e.g., “7-Day Free Trial” or “Discounted First Month”) will explicitly state the trial length and cancellation requirements at sign-up. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will automatically be charged the full rate for the next billing cycle, and no refund will be offered.


5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without first contacting 77Fitness.com, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account immediately.

  • Deny any future purchases or access to our services.

  • Seek reimbursement of any fees or costs incurred in dispute resolution.

If you believe an unauthorized or erroneous charge has occurred, please contact info@77fitness.com within 30 days of the transaction date to resolve the issue directly.


6. Modifications to This Policy

77Fitness.com may update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy and post the revised policy on the Site. Your continued use of our services after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
